We maintain multiple types of certifications, from software and license certifications to diversity certifications. See below for more detailed information on the certifications we hold and why they matter.
Technical Software
PDBiM is an Autodesk Authorized Service Provider Partner, which is a selected group of
BIM Consultants certified by Autodesk to provide lifecycle BIM services for Architectural, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) projects.
We also maintain an IBM Maximo Business Partnership.
These partnerships allow us unique access to programs and
resources to better support you, our customer.
Our staff of Consultants and Technical Specialists are certified in multiple Autodesk
products and have extensive experience applying BIM Technology in the fields of
Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.
Diversity and Licenses
We are a WOSB and a part of the WBENC. PDBiM also holds certifications through our parent company, CAD Concepts Incorporated, as a DBE, WBE/FBE and SBE with 41 certifying agencies nationwide, and we are an approved supplier for the GSA.

In addition, our UAS pilots who contribute to our Existing Conditions services are 14 CFR Part 107 certified which allows them to provide UAS services commercially both legally and safely.
